About this Project

Empowering Every Moment Campaign

Agency Simulation Project | Agency Design

This advertising campaign was developed in collaboration with a team as part of my Agency Design course, where we worked directly with a real-world client: AT&T. The challenge was to build a fully integrated campaign tailored to AT&T’s brand values, market goals, and target audience.


Our campaign, titled “Empowering Every Moment,” centered around the idea of technology enabling meaningful, everyday experiences. We created a complete campaign package including influencer strategy, digital ads, social content, out-of-home activations, and in-store engagement concepts. Highlights included immersive concepts like a Phone Booth, History Tunnel, Future Mirror installation, and a multi-zone event experience.


Our team’s work was awarded 1st place in the final client pitch competition, standing out for its creative direction, execution, and strong strategic alignment with AT&T’s brand mission.

Social Media Strategy

The primary objective of this social media campaign is to engage Gen Z with AT&T’s content and social media platforms, thereby building a more vibrant and impactful online presence. The campaign aims to create memorable experiences that resonate with this generation, fostering deeper connections through creative, relatable content. By delivering relevant and engaging content, AT&T aims to inspire Gen Z to interact with the brand in meaningful ways, leaving a lasting impression and strengthening AT&T’s presence across social media.


The primary objective of this social media campaign is to increase Gen Z engagement with AT&T’s content and social media platforms, thereby building a more vibrant and impactful online presence. The campaign aims to create memorable experiences that resonate with this generation, fostering deeper connections through creative, relatable content. By delivering relevant and engaging content, AT&T aims to inspire Gen Z to interact with the brand in meaningful ways, leaving a lasting impression and strengthening AT&T’s presence across social media.


To maximize engagement, the strategy focuses on aligning content with key life moments and behavioral patterns. During Back to School Season (Late July to Early September), AT&T will post content that focuses on new beginnings, independence, and preparation for the upcoming school year. This is a crucial transition period for Gen Z as they prepare for high school, college, or the workforce. During Holidays and Special Occasions (Mid-November to Early January), the campaign will leverage the festive season to share ads centered on connection, celebration, and togetherness. Content around family, friendships, and community resonates deeply during this time, and Gen Z tends to be more active on social media during the holidays.


From April to June (Graduation Season), AT&T will celebrate major life milestones by posting advertisements that highlight achievements such as high school and college graduations. Ads that focus on empowerment, new opportunities, and future planning will strongly connect with Gen Z during these key transitions. In Late December (end-of-year reflection), reflective content will showcase New Year’s resolutions and personal growth, emphasizing how AT&T helps users achieve their goals and stay connected as they prepare for the year ahead.


Throughout the year, the campaign will also target Weekends and Evenings, when Gen Z is most active online (typically between 6 PM and 10 PM). Ads and boosted posts during these high engagement periods will maximize visibility and interaction. Additionally, AT&T will participate in Special Social Media Events and Campaigns tied to important global and national causes such as Earth Day, Mental Health Awareness Month, and National Voter Registration Day to align with Gen Z’s socially conscious values and enhance relatability.


By aligning posts with these life events, social moments, and behavioral patterns, AT&T can increase both the impact and memorability of its message. This campaign will work effectively because it is emotionally engaging, visually appealing, and deeply aligned with Gen Z’s values and life experiences. The tone feels personal and empowering, qualities that make it likely to capture attention and encourage interaction across social media platforms.
